Using Paper&Plan

These terms govern your use of Paper&Plan and your relationship with the seller, Paper&Plan. By continuing to use the shop, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate information when purchasing.

Products and personal-use licence

Paper&Plan offers digital printable planners and custom AI-generated planner designs, not physical goods. The product description and checkout specify the price and what is included. Purchasing grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use the purchased planner for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files as your own products. Paper&Plan retains ownership of its software, branding, documentation, and original catalog designs.

Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy. The current shop lists one-time purchases; it does not offer recurring plans. Any future recurring offering must disclose its renewal and cancellation terms before purchase.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, interfere with security, probe systems, or scrape the service without permission. You must not use AI features to create illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hateful or abusive material, malware, or attempts to bypass safeguards or jailbreak models.

AI inputs and outputs

You retain any rights you hold in your inputs and give Paper&Plan permission to process them only as needed to provide the service. You must have the rights to submit your content and are responsible for your prompts and use of outputs. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, Paper&Plan permits personal use of purchased generated outputs; uniqueness, copyright protection, and exclusive ownership are not guaranteed.

AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate text. Review each design before purchase and verify its accuracy before use. Planner content is not financial, legal, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Paper&Plan may filter or refuse generation, remove or restrict content, and suspend use for violations. Rights holders can report infringement through the support link on a Paddle receipt or paddle.net, identifying Paper&Plan and the disputed content. Reports may be referred to Paper&Plan for review; repeated infringement can result in suspension or termination.

Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Paper&Plan may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
