Planner questions & answers
How are the shop planners made?
Our catalog planners use product-specific, typeset layouts with writing spaces, tables and trackers. Each product lists its sections and page count. The Everything Bundle combines all five individual planners. These are downloadable files, not physical products.
What does the AI planner tool do?
The planner finder recommends an existing product based on your goals. The custom planner tool generates a new single-page design from your description. Sign in to use either AI tool.
How is my custom planner generated?
Describe the sections, purpose and visual style you want. AI creates an image-based design that is placed in a printable PDF. Your preview is reduced and watermarked; the purchased PDF uses the full-resolution design without that watermark. AI can make mistakes in text or layout, so review the preview carefully before buying. Do not include sensitive personal information in your description.
What print quality can I expect?
Catalog PDFs use vector text and lines, which stay sharp when printed. Custom AI planners are image-based, so fine text and details may be less crisp than catalog layouts. Print quality also depends on your printer, paper and settings; we do not guarantee a particular resolution or error-free AI text.
Which paper sizes are included?
Purchased planners include US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) and A4 (210 × 297 mm) PDF versions. Choose the file matching your paper. Print at actual size or 100%; if your printer clips an edge, use its fit-to-printable-area setting. Try one page before printing a whole planner.
Can I print at home or use a print shop?
Yes. Open the PDF in a PDF reader and print it at home, or take it to a print shop for personal-use copies. Files are licensed for your own use, not resale or redistribution. Color accents can also be printed in grayscale.
International printing · A4 & US Letter
Can I use these planners in the UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand?
Yes. Planners are digital PDFs with both A4 and US Letter versions, so no international shipping is needed. A4 is commonly used in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. US Letter is common in Canada and the United States. Use whichever size matches the paper in your printer.
Which PDF and printer settings should I choose?
Check your paper packaging: A4 is 210 × 297 mm; US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches (216 × 279 mm). Download the matching version, select that same paper size in your printer settings and start with actual size or 100% scale. Avoid printing the Letter PDF onto A4 paper, or vice versa, when the matching version is available.
What if the edges are cut off or the page looks too small?
Confirm that the PDF and printer paper size match. If an edge is clipped, choose fit to printable area; this may slightly reduce the writing spaces. Print one test page before the full planner. For a print shop, request the matching A4 or US Letter paper size and personal-use copies without extra enlargement.
How much does a custom design cost?
A custom planner costs $9 as a one-time purchase, with any applicable tax shown at checkout. Creating previews does not require a purchase, but sign-in and daily usage limits apply. A new preview creates a different design; choose the version you want before buying.
How does the monthly membership work?
Paper&Plan Monthly is $9.99 per month and includes three individual catalog or custom planners per paid month. Bundles are excluded and unused credits expire at renewal. Cancel or pause through billing settings; already-paid credits remain usable until their original expiry. Previously purchased downloads remain available unless fully refunded.
Where do I find my downloads?
Downloads become available on your confirmation page after payment is verified. Signed-in purchases also appear in your library. For guest purchases, keep the confirmation page; you can recover purchases in your library after signing in with the verified email used at checkout.
What if my preview fails or my payment is delayed?
A failed preview does not require a planner purchase. If the connection ends, avoid repeatedly starting new designs; try again later. For a delayed payment, use “Check payment again” on the confirmation page rather than purchasing again. If a membership checkout asks for support review, contact us before trying another purchase.
What if a file is missing or incorrect?
Email support@mypaperplan.com with your order reference, product and the problem. Do not send card details or passwords. For refund requests, see our Refund Policy.
