UK & Australia planner FAQ
Every planner comes as an A4 PDF, the standard paper size in both countries, with US Letter included too.
Can I pay in pounds or Australian dollars?
Our prices are set in US dollars. Checkout uses your location to show the total in your local currency where it’s available, including any tax, before you pay. If you see US dollars instead, your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
How is my planner delivered?
Planners are digital downloads, so there is no postage and no wait. After payment you can download the A4 and US Letter PDFs straight away. Signed-in customers can download them again any time from My library.
Do you post printed planners?
Not yet. We sell printable PDFs only, so you print at home or at a local shop. If you’d like printed planners posted to you, email support@mypaperplan.com so we know there’s interest.
Where can I print in the UK?
High-street shops such as Ryman, Staples print centres, many Post Office branches and local independent printers can print PDFs on A4. Libraries often offer low-cost printing too. Ask for A4, actual size (100%), and heavier paper of around 100–120gsm for less ink bleed.
Where can I print in Australia?
Officeworks print and copy centres can print an A4 PDF, often while you wait or with online ordering. Local libraries and independent print shops are other options. Ask for A4 at actual size (100%), and consider 100–120gsm paper.
Any tips for printing at home?
Open the A4 file, choose A4 paper and print at “Actual size” or 100%, not “Fit to page”. Our A4 printing guide covers size comparisons and fixes for clipped edges.
Can I get a refund?
